Brian did things completely different. He consulted with me, listened and showed me what I wanted to see. He wasted no time on the streets with the physical showings because he sifted through "all of the garbage" online at his office. He's a premium member of all the major online investment search vehicles (which saves me thousands of dollars) and knows how to break down a property. He looks for more reasons not to see a property than he does to see one. Brian met with me twice a month and went over everything on the market. We discussed location, vacancy & deferred maintenance issues repeatedly.
