Brian Dapice has had a passion for the real estate market for many years and brings his 15+ years of superior sales & marketing experience to your next real estate transaction.
Born in the city of Boston, Brian was primarily raised as a young man in the town of Danvers. Graduating from Danvers High School, Brian had resided in the town of Danvers for almost 10 years. Having been a resident of the North Shore area for about 30 years, Brian has also resided in the communities of Beverly, Peabody and Hamilton. In addition to the North Shore of Massachusetts, Brian has also lived in Norwalk, Connecticut and Columbia, Maryland. Brian’s diverse living experience in different communities within the North Shore and beyond clearly gives him the competitive edge in the real estate industry.

When Brian is not consulting in real estate, he enjoys sports, music, theater, photography, computers, and is a passionate animal lover. Brian and Jennifer currently reside in the North Shore with their two cats Ozzy and Lucky.
